Spinach
Brie - diced
Avocados- diced
Pears- diced
Candied Pecans - you can choose to candy your own pecans which involve roasting with butter and coating with sugar and sprinkling with cinnamon and nutmeg

Dressing
1/2 C orange juice
1/2 C olive oil
1/4 C balsamic vinegar
1 - 2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp honey
salt & pepper
